We are only in Beta and are currently still developing out CV re-formatting system. Please contact us if you think there are any unacceptable terms below or if we have missed anything.

1. Our website offers a service that allows users to submit their CV to our website and then to OpenAI and have it rewritten to fit the recruiter’s preferred CV formatting. Please note that we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the service provided.
2. Users retain ownership of their CV and any personal information submitted through our website. However, by submitting your CV to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your CV worldwide, in any media. This allows us to provide the service you requested.
3. We will remove all contact information, such as address, phone number, and email address, from your CV before submitting it to OpenAI. We will only retain information related to your work experience, education, and skills.
4. Disclaimer: Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this website in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website.
5. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim, damages, or losses, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, arising from the use of our website, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user, if any, to use the service.
